1. Respect: Show respect for all performers and audience members at all times.
2. Time Limit: Performance Time: Each artist has 5 minutes to share. Sign up for a second slot to go again after everyone has had a turn.
3. Content: Keep performances appropriate for all ages and refrain from using offensive language or content.
4. Sign-Up: Sign-up for open mic slots is by QR code only, conveniently located on tables around the venue. Scan the QR code with your smartphone to reserve your spot. Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Support: Applaud and encourage all performers, regardless of experience or style.
6. Original Work: Performances should be original pieces authored by the performer.
7. Instruments: Acoustic instruments may be allowed, but please check with event organizers beforehand.
8. Respect the Venue: Maintain cleanliness and respect the venue’s property and guidelines.
9. No Interruptions: Avoid interrupting performers during their performances.
